Sr Procurement Operations Analyst - Keurig Dr Pepper : Job Details

As a member of the Apple Procurement team, the Operation Supervisor role is to collaborate with the category manager to help facilitate key components of category strategies and process improvements resulting in improved apple quality and more efficient yard operations. Annual spend ~$70 MM for apple procurement, including buying expenses. This position will be responsible to oversee and provide direction to ~30 hourly union employees that receive in raw apples (year-round) and ~15 temporary workers during apple harvest. Responsibilities:Safety. Employee management and safety of ~30 hourly employees (including union relationship and grievance process), and ~15 temporary workers during apple harvest. Collaborate with cross functional team to ensure food safety plans are being upheld. Responsible to report any potential deficiencies in conjunction with R&D regulatory and/or Quality. Quality.
