Job Summary:
Drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support a culture of continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and redesign business processes to improve performance and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation (maps, flowcharts, etc.).
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and lead change management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Mentor teams on Lean Six Sigma tools, DMS, and continuous improvement practices.
- Manage data analysis and reporting to support process optimization and leadership decisions.
- Millions of dollars of projects they want to kick off for different departments such as call center, case management, pharmacy & operations
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in process engineering
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt and Change Management certification preferred, open to similar certifications
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL automation, and AI tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Assertive, confident. Someone who can tell someone in a professional way process might need to be completely re developed (most important)
- Microsoft suite experience
