Job Summary:

The Radar Systems Engineer will be responsible for defining radar system architectures, developing concepts of operations, designing radar processing algorithms, and supporting system integration. Opportunities include statistical analysis of radar performance using real and simulated data. Work is performed in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting multiple R&D efforts with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Algorithm Development
• Signal Processing and Waveform Design
• Electronic Protection Methods
• Phased Array and Digital Beamforming Technology
• Radar Search, Track and Discrimination Design
• Performance Data Analysis
• System Integration and Testing
• Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
• Design, develop, analyze, document, and test products and systems
• Support project management and documentation
• Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customers
• Mentor junior engineers as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years related experience
• Active DOD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
• Expertise in systems/software engineering, requirements, and architecture
• Experience with Matlab, DOORS, Cameo System Modeler

Desired Skills:

• Experience with US DoD projects, MBSE, AESA radar systems, and related algorithms
• Knowledge of electronic warfare and related techniques
• Familiarity with Jira, Agile, DevOps
