Your strong sense of empathy for both customers and engineering teams will be essential in delivering solutions that meet the needs of all parties involved.Career Level - IC5**Responsibilities****Key Responsibilities:**+ Partner with the demand planning and power planning teams to understand various forms of utilization and provide suggestions to improve across the different platforms.+ Work across teams and partner with finance and sales to ensure the optimal level of capacity in each of the regions.+ Help define and deliver complex programs with competing priorities by influencing roadmaps and priorities of key stakeholders.+ Work with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high operational excellence standards+ Ensure high standards and consistency for the Oracle customer experience.+ Recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for all issues and questions associated with your region.+ Ensure that resource requirements needed to support a particular program are in place.+ Provide on-going written and verbal release status updates to senior leadership.+ Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to changing or ambiguous situations, directing changes through appropriate review and approval mechanisms.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience relevant to functional area+ 8+ years' experience in analytics, program manager, chief of staff, or similar role.+ 6+ years' experience with cloud infrastructure management or supply chain management.+ A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically, to work across a matrixed organization.+ Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.+ Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly.+ Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at different levels in the org, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.+ Experience using agile software development practices and associated tooling.+ Judgement, maturity, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills**Preferred Qualifications:**+ Experience managing multiple projects at once.+ Experience in business operations+ Experience in data center operations+ Server supply chainDisclaimer:**Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.****Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only**US: Hiring Range in USD from: $104,100 to $223,400 per annum.
