Sr. Placement Specialist - PEMA - Marsh & McLennan Companies : Job Details

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Placement Specialist out of our New York office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will count on you to:Review risk analyses from junior Brokers and develop innovative solutions for client needs and complex risk situations. Advise clients on moderately complex risks and negotiate transactions to ensure client satisfaction. Oversee the timely production of account/program documents and follow up on policy documentation. Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers/reinsurers, clients, and colleagues to provide complex solutions.
