Direct the account process improvement activities from complex problem identification through data gathering, evaluation, gaining consensus, and implementation into business practice. - Track performance measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization. This includes performance vs. KPI, ROI, and consumer trends. - Prepare and present results of data review and reports along with their relative impact to the business to executive management. - Evaluate and Enhance Account processes and operations, create and utilize data visualization tools, automate processes and support account functions in optimizing the delivery of services Provide formal supervision to employees.
