As a Sr Operational Excellence Analyst here at Honeywell, you will impact the overall operational excellence of the organization by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.You will report directly to our Operations Excellence Manager, and you'll work out of our Atlanta, GA location or our El Paso, TX location.As a Sr Operational Excellence Analyst here at Honeywell, you will drive operational excellence and enhance customer experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.   • Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
  • Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or related fields.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
  • Execute the usage of dashboards and reports using AI-powered tools to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for leadership to drive decision making.
  • Track progress of Lean initiatives and AI-driven process optimizations across sites, compiling insights and preparing documentation for continuous improvement reviews.
  • Monitor data sources using AI algorithms to detect inconsistencies, improve accessibility, and ensure reliable performance tracking.
