Key Accountabilities:Plan, schedule, manage and report the results of independent evaluations of station processes and programs to assure that requirements and expectations for performance are met. Perform root cause investigation of significant events. Provide inspection, testing, and evaluation services for Vistra Nuclear. Perform source inspections at vendor shops. Perform receipt inspections of quality related purchases. Promote, monitor, and maintain the site human performance enhancement system. Develop materials for presentation at Human Performance day meetings. Investigate issues and events involving human performance. Promote, monitor, and maintain the self-assessment process. Develop, provide, and maintain self-assessment training. Review the status and adequacy of self-assessment activities on a regular basis and recommending improvements, if necessary, to station management.
