The Senior NPI Engineer designs, develops, modifies, and evaluates standard techniques, procedures, and criteria for large projects of modest scope. This role involves determining design approaches, analyzing equipment, conducting experimental tests, and evaluating results.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Five to seven years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of engineering practices
• Focus on driving innovation through exploration of new materials, advanced manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies
• Experience with plastics, injection molding, and laser technologies
• Ability to review technical data sheets and set up design experiments
• Experience in sourcing equipment and implementing new processes
