Top Requirements (Must haves)

• 5-10 Years - 7 is the sweet spot
• VERY Strong Routing and Switching Experience
  • BGP
  • OSPF
  • Cisco - don't care about others but ok if they have (Juniper, Mist)
    • Catalyst
    • SRs
• VLAN
• Retail not a hard requirement but need to have supported LARGE enterprise environments (WAN support for many)
