Role Overview:

The Senior Network Architect will build new services and develop effective roadmaps for customers in the networking domain. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, collaborative, experienced in developing and managing cutting-edge technology applications, and possess detailed knowledge of designing, organizing, and supporting a global enterprise network requiring high availability and optimal performance. Responsibilities include driving LAN, WAN, internet, and intranet deliverables, providing senior-level technical support, and managing enterprise-level technology projects.

This position reports to the Director of Technology Services.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT operations or a related discipline. Certifications such as CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure are preferred; CCNA, CCSE, CCIE Lab Certifications, and TOGAF are a plus.
• Experience: 12+ years in technologies like CDN, Cloud Networking, SDWAN, WAN, LAN, Next-Gen Firewall, Data Center Networks, Wireless. Strong LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in requirements gathering, financial analysis, business consulting, and the ability to present to CXO level are essential.

• Demonstrate deep expertise in security process design.
• Design, implement, and upgrade complex network architectures to support growing enterprise requirements.
• Plan, manage, and complete complex global network projects.
• Maintain, monitor, analyze, and improve existing network infrastructure across multiple data centers worldwide.
• Manage day-to-day requirements related to network infrastructure.
• Serve as the escalation point for vendor, product, and customer technical issues.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological innovations to provide effective solutions aligned with customer needs.
