Role Description:

The Senior Network Architect will build new services and produce effective road maps for customers in the networking domain. The candidate should be passionate about technology, collaborative, experienced in developing and managing cutting-edge technology applications. The ideal candidate must have detailed knowledge of the design, organization, and support of a global enterprise network requiring high availability and maximized performance. This role involves driving LAN, WAN, internet, and intranet deliverables, providing senior-level technical support, and managing enterprise-level technology projects.

This position reports to the Director, Technology Services.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in IT operations or a related discipline.
  • CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure certification preferred
  • CCSA, CCSE (Firewall Certifications) preferred
  • CCIE Lab Certifications and TOGAF Certification a plus
• Experience: 12+ years' experience with technologies such as CDN, Cloud Networking, SDWAN, WAN, LAN, NexGen Firewall, Data Center Networks, Wireless
  • Strong LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security knowledge and comprehensive understanding of major data networking technologies
  • Effective interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
  • Experience in requirements gathering, financial analysis, business consulting, or operational analysis
  • Strong presentation skills for CXO-level audiences

• Manage and complete complex global network projects
• Maintain and improve existing network infrastructure across multiple data centers worldwide
• Manage day-to-day network requirements
• Serve as escalation point for vendor, product, and customer technical issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological innovations, and evolving customer needs to provide effective solutions
