We are seeking a skilled Operations Program Manager (OPM) to support our Largo, FL Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC). The OPM will oversee manufacturing operations for large programs, coordinate all operational aspects, and serve as a liaison between program management, project teams, and factory management. The role requires strategic decision-making regarding financial performance and manufacturing plans, with a comprehensive understanding of production, quality standards, and DOD requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing total program lifecycle from bid/proposal through development, transition, production, and sustainment
• Program planning, capacity analysis, scheduling, resource planning, and manufacturing execution
• Leading cost and process improvement initiatives
• Coordinating material management with Supply Chain
• Managing cost estimates, EAC development, Earned Value Management, and risk management
• Engaging with internal and external customers during reviews and visits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 10 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
• Leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or related fields
• Experience with EACs, cost variance analysis, risk management
• Strong problem-solving, strategic planning, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing/data analytics tools (PRISM/APEX, CMES, Kinaxis, PowerBi)
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management practices
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
