Sr Master Scheduler - Adient : Job Details

Sr Master Scheduler Responsibilities and duties:

• The Sr Master Scheduler will Maintain ERP system for all Material Functional areas as BOM and ship to locations.
• Process customer releases and monitor changes to releases
• Creates daily production schedules and ensures production output is recorded and posted into the ERP system.
• Coordinate with customer shipping and delivery schedules
• Work closely with customers, team leaders, Quality Engineers, Logistics personnel to determine daily production requirements.
• Identifies Customer cum inaccuracies and supplier inaccuracies as needed.
• Communicates No Surprise Forms to customers when supply shortage occurs.
• Support new product/program launches
• Formalizes sales and operations planning data.
• Parameters drive inventory levels with manufacturing unit.
• Lead improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Sr Master Scheduler Qualifications/Experience

• Degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain mgt., accounting, or engineering
• Broad based supply chain management and process development knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills
• PC software skills and QAD knowledge preferred
• Ability to make quick decisions in dynamic fast paced environment
• Ability to prioritize competing demands
• Strong time management skills and customer focus
• Advanced analytical problem solving skills to determine root cause of issues.

Manufacturing Experience

10 + years in applied experience in the automotive manufacturing environment
