Sr. Marketing Manager - Search Solution Group : Job Details

Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a leading wholesale protein distributor specializing in poultry, beef, seafood, and pork. This position plays a critical role in driving brand growth, digital engagement, and marketing strategy across both B2B and retail channels. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in CPG and food brands. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing strategy, calendar, and budget in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Build, grow, and manage the company's consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand presence.
• Oversee external agency partnerships, provide creative direction, and evaluate campaign performance.
• Drive digital strategy and develop content across web properties and social media platforms.
• Create and implement trade marketing programs, customer promotions, and B2B marketing tools.
• Manage packaging design and quality assurance for retail products, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
• Organize and oversee corporate events, including trade shows, sales meetings, and client entertainment.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels, communications, and customer touchpoints.
• Mentor and grow the internal marketing team as needed.

Requirements include: Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required)
• MBA is a plus

Experience:

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Background in growing CPG or food brands, with both retail and B2B experience preferred

Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, paid media, and social media
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Certifications:

• Not required but relevant marketing certifications are a plus

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of food industry branding, trade marketing, and agency collaboration
• Familiarity with packaging standards and regulatory compliance in retail food products
