Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Technology Procurement to support the Director of Tech Procurement with sourcing and purchasing tasks, fostering our continued growth. Ideal candidates are motivated, interpersonal, and eager to contribute.

Compensation

Starting salary ranges from $115,000 to $145,000 annually, with potential variations based on experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, financial, 401(k), paid time off, and more, details of which will be provided upon offer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal processes from business case creation to negotiations and risk management.
• Assist with contract management, commercial guidance, and partner relationships.
• Build relationships with legal, finance, risk, supply chain, and business stakeholders.
• Provide expertise in sourcing strategies and negotiate advantageous supplier terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Review and negotiate contractual language to align with company policies.
• Conduct supplier spend analysis and report on spend patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in procurement/sourcing.
• 5+ years in IT procurement, preferably within e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Interpersonal skills and strong Excel knowledge are highly valued.
