About Your Next Job

Overall Purpose of this Job:

The Specialty Compliance Officer (CO) will support the Patient Engagement Strategy (PES) within Innovative Health Engagement & Advocacy and centers of excellence for Innovative Medicine R&D. The CO will provide strategic direction, oversight, and verification of responsible areas to ensure effective processes, and will design and implement their Global Compliance Program. The CO is responsible for reviewing patient/HCP/Investigator recruitment, retention, engagement materials, and other daily activities of the assigned areas. Additionally, the CO oversees the compliance program daily, aiming to improve and manage an effective global compliance system that ensures business practices adhere to all applicable regulations.

About Your Skills and Experience

We would love to hear from YOU if you have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in Regulatory Advertising & Promotion, R&D, Medical Affairs, Healthcare Compliance, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Clinical Trials and the R&D process.
  • Knowledge of HCBI/HCC/fraud and abuse laws, FDA and FCPA regulations governing HCP interactions globally, privacy laws worldwide, and health authority rules is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, including proactive cross-functional partnership and leading meetings with Senior Leadership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven record of driving change.
  • Strong ethical conduct and understanding of customer relationships.
  • Experience with global R&D or Regulatory Ad Promo compliance programs, systems (e.g., RAMI, TriPod, iMR, VTMF, HighBond), procedures, and R&D operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience developing and delivering employee education and training programs, including formal training and communications.
  • Experience creating tools to aid end-users with HCC/HCBI processes and procedures.
