Responsibilities include:
Leading paid and organic search strategy and execution, including defining objectives, forecasting, media planning, and optimization in collaboration with agency partners.Leading paid social planning and execution, with similar responsibilities as above.Partnering with the marketing team and eCommerce to develop social commerce initiatives.Managing affiliate, retargeting, and CRM strategies and execution.Owning analytics and reporting across channels to improve media efficiency.Overseeing creative processes across channels with internal and external teams.Maintaining a data-driven approach to optimize performance metrics.Monitoring emerging platforms and digital marketing trends.Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and negotiating with vendors to maximize ROI.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.At least six years of digital marketing experience, especially in DTC performance marketing.Experience managing seven-figure budgets with measurable results.Hands-on experience with paid social, search, and affiliate marketing.Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Experience in the beauty, skincare, or CPG industry is a plus.Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.Work environment is a mix of office and remote work, with details on hours and physical demands included.
