Senior Manager, Acceptance Support LAC

Position Description: The Senior Manager, LAC Merchant Support will be responsible for supporting Acceptance Solutions products in the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) region. This includes full responsibility for the performance of the team supporting issue resolution at levels 1 & 2 for both merchants and partners within the region, and collaborating with level 3 teams to ensure the best possible client experience at all levels.

The Senior Manager will be part of the global Acceptance Support organization, working to ensure consistency and harmony of LAC support processes with other regions. They will serve as the primary support point of contact for internal stakeholders in the LAC region, including CS leaders, sales, and product teams.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of the Visa Acceptance Platform, including Cybersource, and experience working within a global support structure.
