The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking an Associate or Jr. Partner with 7+ years of litigation experience. Prior insurance defense and bodily injury experience are required. Trial experience is highly desired. If you are a senior associate or junior partner looking for a great opportunity to grow, this position is for you.

• Previous experience in Insurance Defense litigation is required.
• Personal injury and bodily injury claims experience is required.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing is required.
