Chick-fil-A Supply ensures restaurants have the food and products they need through a seamless delivery experience that extends the Chick-fil-A culture of care. The Sr. Lead Advisor, ADA Compliance, develops a scalable and compliant accommodation model for diverse, evolving audiences. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ADA-related policies, processes, and training that scale across the organization. By partnering with key stakeholders, the Sr. Lead Advisor ensures a proactive, consistent, and risk-mitigated approach to workplace accommodations.
