Base pay range

$154,639.68/yr - $223,368.43/yr

As an IT Lead System Architect for CGS, you will lead multiple teams consisting of developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to convert business requirements, process workflows, and use cases into fully functional applications. You will use an enterprise-level vision and be responsible for mentoring and empowering application development teams. As the PEGA architect, you will assist in developing and reviewing technical deliverables. A successful candidate will establish standards, develop repeatable processes, and design reusable components. Key responsibilities include project planning, developing timelines, assembling technical teams, and resource leveling.

Skills and attributes for success:
  • Act as the liaison between Lead Business Architect and ITOPEGA teams, translating between technical and non-technical team members
  • Work closely with Business Product Owners and Stakeholders, leading Business Analysts to translate requirements into applications
  • Participate in Agile software development sprints and planning activities
  • Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing
  • Publish software release notes and maintain documentation
  • Mentor software development team members as needed
  • Support customer success teams
  • Capture functional software requirements and translate into user stories
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience with PEGA Smart BPM
  • 4+ years of experience with Case Development
  • 4+ years of experience as a PEGA Business Architect
  • 4+ years of experience managing software requirements throughout the SDLC
  • 4+ years of experience with Agile development
  • 4+ years of experience documenting requirements, test cases, and training materials
  • 4+ years of experience leading test execution
  • Experience in configuration and deployment of enterprise software solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in organizations delivering software to customers
