LPL Financial is seeking a Sr. Engineer to join its IAM team within the Information Security department. The role focuses on ForgeRock Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including Identity Management (IdM) and Access Management (AM). Responsibilities include designing and delivering ForgeRock IGA solutions, developing custom integrations and workflows, onboarding new applications, implementing governance policies, collaborating with compliance teams, optimizing identity workflows, creating automation scripts, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering with cross-functional teams. Requirements include 5+ years of experience with ForgeRock IGA platforms, expertise in identity lifecycle management and governance frameworks, proficiency in scripting languages and API integrations, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Preferred qualifications include information security and IAM certifications, experience with cloud-based identity solutions or DevOps tools, and ability to work with distributed teams. The position is full-time and partly remote, with locations in Fort Mill/Charlotte, New York, Tempe, San Diego, and Austin TX.
