Position Summary:
Our growing HRIS team is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to support the implementation and future administration of Workday. This new role is based at our headquarters in Raleigh, NC reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Systems, and offers a hybrid work environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and support ongoing Workday implementation, optimization, and adoption
- Act as subject matter expert and provide functional support for Workday HCM and Absence modules
- Identify areas for improvement in both the processes and systems; continuously research new system functionality/trends and HR best practices
- Lead in the design, building, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of system enhancements and release upgrades
- Partner effectively with all stakeholders including HR functional areas, payroll, IS, and external consultants
- Document and maintain system procedures, user guides, and system updates
- Create, conduct, and communicate training for new features and functionality
- Serve as a Named Support Contact to resolve production issues
- Create, edit, and configure reports for all functional areas
Position Requirements:
- BA/BS preferred or equivalent HR systems experience
- Three plus years of Workday administration and configuration experience is required
- Exceptional critical thinking ability with strong troubleshooting skills
- Proven data analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong desire to learn and ability to think strategically, execute and collaborate
- Ability to work independently, prioritize activities, and self-manage focus and time
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Position is 100% remote. Must live in Central or Eastern time zones
- Willing to travel to corporate location in Raleigh, NC (20% travel needed)
