SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER (HYBRID-CHICAGO, IL) Join our team as a Senior Graphic Designer supporting our Levy sector's sales efforts within the in-house creative team, the Compass Creative Studio. This hybrid role is based in Chicago, IL, working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays remote.Responsibilities:Designing various deliverables including documents, presentations, print collateral, infographics, and digital materials.Researching and developing design briefs, concept boards, and adhering to brand standards.Setting up design templates for consistency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.Creating high-quality images or custom graphics to visually tell a story.Reskinning reusable assets and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines.Making design adjustments based on stakeholder feedback and staying current on design trends, including AI tools.Developing interactive presentations and websites using WordPress or similar platforms is a plus.Preparing files for print and researching printing options.Qualifications:5+ years of graphic design experience in corporate or agency settings.Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe XD and After Effects is a bonus.Strong conceptual and diverse design skills including print, packaging, digital, typography, and presentations.Web, interactive design, and video editing experience are a plus.Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.Project management experience is advantageous.Ability to work in fast-paced environments and travel if necessary.Apply today!Learn more about the Compass story .Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
