Sr. Generation Maintenance Specialist - Alliant Energy : Job Details

We're looking for a Senior Generation Maintenance Specialist to support solar and battery projects. In this role, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, and ensure smooth execution of asset care tasks. Be part of a team driving sustainable energy solutions through operational excellence. What you will do. Plans the asset care for the plant after determining priorities and scope. Establishes the scope of the asset care required. Prepares cost estimates for the asset care and tracks financials to budget. Requisitions and schedules the materials and resources required to do asset care activities including coordinating with various personnel to optimize planning and scheduling effectiveness.
