Known for its supportive, family-first culture, this company offers a strong foundation for long-term career growth.About The RoleThe Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in driving financial strategy, reporting, and performance insights across the organization. You'll collaborate with leadership to deliver actionable analysis that directly influences business decisions.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and executive dashboards for leadership and board review
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis—including 13-week cash flow reports
• Conduct monthly variance and trend analyses to guide planning and performance tracking
• Support annual budgets and mid-year forecasts, identifying process improvement opportunities
• Partner with regional and departmental leaders to align financial goals with business objectives
• Monitor KPIs and competitive benchmarks to provide strategic recommendations
• Analyze company performance relative to bonus programs and company targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling ability
• Experience with Sage 300, Sage Intacct, and Power BI preferred
