Sr. Financial Analyst - BJC HealthCare : Job Details

Responsible for providing financial and systems analysis to all Revenue Cycle areas, which may include patient accounting, CDM (charge description master), financial performance reporting, registration, collections, scheduling and electronic billing systems. Responsibilities Provides variance analysis of budget vs. actual results for assigned areas, providing explanations of the causes of any material variances. Develops and prepares management reports utilizing reporting capabilities of various revenue cycle systems. Works directly with the Management staff on development of procedures and processes, and serves as a liaison between departments. Utilizes key business skills to guide project leadership and team members in achieving the stated business objectives. Structures and conducts best practice research, process analyses, benchmarking and performance baseline measurement activities.
