Job SummaryThe Senior Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and plays a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis activities. This position provides in-depth financial analysis, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and contributes to forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting efforts across multiple business segments.Essential Job Functions

• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reports, offering actionable insights and identifying key trends that impact business performance.
• Develop financial models to analyze profitability, costs, and revenue trends, with a focus on providing recommendations for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as cost to serve, margin performance, and other financial metrics across business segments.
• Budgeting & Forecasting:
• Support the development and management of the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with business leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain and refine financial forecasting models and tools to improve the accuracy and clarity of financial projections.
• Financial Reporting Tools & Dashboards:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reporting platforms and dashboards, ensuring that reports are timely, clear, and relevant for both internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Provide insights through ad hoc financial analysis and reports to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
• Collaboration Across Functions:
• Work closely with operations, sales, and business units to align financial planning with business objectives, supporting initiatives that promote revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive financial accountability and strategic alignment across business operations.

Education/ Special Licenses Or Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 3-4 years' experience in financial modeling, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Skills

• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work independently, effectively prioritize, and manage deadlines under pressure
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to work with people at all organizational levels
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, x-lookups, financial modeling), with experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) a plus.
• Experience working with large data sets and translating them into actionable insights.
