Our client, a large reputable Hospital is in need of temporary Senior Financial Analyst for 3 months (could extend).
Experience working out of a large Hospital or Non-Acute HealthCare Organization is REQUIRED

Healthcare Experience REQUIRED, Large Hospital. We are really looking for someone with (LARGE) hospital experience. They need to hit the ground running. NOT small dr offices
2+yrs Strong Budget/ Financial Analyst experience

Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and validate financial statements and management reports including budgets, forecasts, pricing, and variance analysis. (25%)
Analyze and interpret monthly departmental operating statements to identify budget variances. (25%)
Review and analyze actual revenue and expense data on a monthly basis. (15%)
Extract and reconcile financial data from enterprise-level systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning software, clinical accounting tools). (10%)
Prepare recurring internal reports such as overtime summaries, headcount/FTE tracking, hiring and separation trends, accounts payable reports, and service agreement performance. (10%)
Assist with training team members on budgeting tools and processes. (5%)
Support the development and maintenance of financial models and databases. (5%)
Participate in ad hoc projects related to budgeting and financial planning. (5%)
