Job DescriptionThe Global Marketing Sponsorship team is responsible for driving brand engagement, customer loyalty, and business growth through high-impact sponsorships worldwide. We are seeking a strategically minded Senior Finance Manager to act as the Finance Business Partner for this team, providing financial leadership, insight, and support for all global sponsorship activities. This role will partner closely with Marketing and Sponsorship leadership, ensuring optimal investment decisions and maximizing the return on Visa's sponsorship portfolio.

Basic Qualifications 8 or more years of relevant finance experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA). Preferred Qualifications 9+ years of finance or accounting experience, including direct support of marketing, sponsorship, or partnership functions. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning. Experience developing business cases and evaluating ROI for sponsorships or major marketing initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, SAP) preferred. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and partner with non-finance stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, global environment. Strong project management and organizational skills. Global experience and cultural awareness preferred.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 142,200 to 206,350 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
