Sr. Engineer, Software - Corning : Job Details

The Sr. Software Engineer will be working in the Manufacturing Technology & Engineering organization, which is a corporate engineering project organization, with a primary focus on deploying and supporting PI data historian software along with other related applications to Cornings global manufacturing locations. The individual will engage and guide customers to business requirements and then use those requirements to scope, budget, schedule, and deliver systems to meet the customer needs. This role will give the individual the opportunity to travel to Cornings many manufacturing sites to learn their processes and provide solutions to meet their obstacles.
