The Developer will be responsible for supporting the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) COE goals of business, operations transformation, foundational capabilities, core development of BOTS, setting up standards for coding, monitoring, and best practices. The role involves supporting program delivery in partnership with CIO and LOB teams, managing one or more strategic RPA initiatives through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), utilizing SME knowledge, and delivering standards, methodologies, and shared capabilities to promote RPA adoption and delivery excellence. As a key member of the capability team, the developer will also support functions across strategy, process design, infrastructure, governance, and community of practice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Applications, or related
• Seven (7) years of experience in development, IT, or related fields, including: distributed architectures, OO programming, SOA, web services, messaging paradigms, and RPA
• Skills in UiPath, application instrumentation and monitoring, strategic automation frameworks, continuous delivery, application development, SDLC, and performance profiling
• Experience with technologies such as Web (.NET, J2EE), desktop applications (Windows, Java), integration technologies, and other platforms

Salary: $122,720 per year
