Sr. Employment Specialist - New Hope Community : Job Details

Responsible for training of Employment Specialists. - Provide effective day-to-day oversight of employment specialist's services by conducting unannounced visits to both individual placements and business contracts. Spend a significant amount of time with the job coaches to ensure: o Contract compliance- all checklists are completed and that the follow up is completed appropriately. o That all individuals are trained, developing their skill set and are fully engaged at the job site. o That the employment specialists are effectively providing services (not performing those services for workers) and ensuring that the individuals are completing their work to the best of their ability. - Responsible for training of individuals at job sites. - Responsible for overseeing all required documentation including individual daily case notes, monthly reports and monthly/quarterly tracking. - Responsible for creating staff and individuals weekly schedules. - Responsible for providing job related cou...Specialist, Contracts, Healthcare, Coordinator, Support, Training
