Description:The Sr. Employee Relations (ER) Consultant is charged with providing an empathetic and effective approach to ER with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction while providing unbiased solutions consistent with Baptist Health culture and policies. The individual is responsible for conducting equitable, consistent, timely and thorough investigations and communications. Provides guidance and support to leaders on ER cases, performance concerns and the corrective action process. Collaborates with HR site, HR Centers Of Excellence (COE), entity leadership, General Counsel and relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities also include reviewing and analyzing metrics, tracking and trending data to forecast potential areas of concern. This role requires specialized knowledge in Federal & State labor laws, technical proficiency and a high level of confidentiality. Estimated salary range for this position is $77449.41 - $100684.23 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:

Degrees:

  • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in the field of Human Resources with over 3 years of specialized Employee Relations experience is required.
  • PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
