P-DPD-001 Title: Sr. Electrotechnical Engineer Status: Full-time direct hire Location: Montana Compensation: $90,000 to $125,000 depending on experience Summary: The unique mixing system is capable of mixing all combinations of solids, liquids, and gases using high-intensity, low-frequency acoustic energy. These high-tech mixing systems are marketed and sold globally to an expanding list of clients. The Senior Electromechanical Engineering position includes technical challenges and opportunities that are continuously and rapidly evolving. The duties will include applying the principles of electronic theory, electrical testing procedures, and electromechanical systems. The ideal candidate is experienced in electromechanical design, understands systems integration, and has a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical system interaction. The Electromechanical Engineer will need to be detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Expectations for the Senior Electromechanical Engineer: • Take responsibility for assigned projects from inception to completion. • Generate project requirements to resolve product/process problems and support the development of new products/processes, initiate technical investigations, and prepare design specifications, analyses, and make recommendations for presentation to management for approval. • Responsibilities will include a mechanical design for a broad range of prototype, precommercial and new commercial products that are being nurtured in an advanced product development environment, with an emphasis on providing quality products to demanding industrial manufacturing businesses. • Track record of solid technical leadership with preference given for experience designing products for manufacture. • Strong work ethic and leadership and capabilities as a team leader/participant for assigned projects from inception to completion. • Exceptional electromechanical/machine design capabilities, including extensive product development and design for manufacturing experience. • Capability to design and prototype pre-commercial, as well as new and complex commercial products. • Develop and complete product designs as an effective team member and/or individually as assigned by management. • Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, component specifications, and calibration instructions • Strong CAD and CAE design and analysis skills.
