We offer an atmosphere where your professional development is a priority and your contributions truly matter, all supported by an extensive network of skilled professionals. ### Key Qualifications: - Experience leading and executing Allen Bradley PLC-based control system projects for teams. - Expertise in designing control system architectures, with familiarity in Siemens Simatic 505 hardware. - Skilled in troubleshooting legacy hardware and participating in system migrations to advanced PLCs and HMIs. - Ability to design secure control system networks. - Proficient in mentoring and training engineers and managing projects from inception to completion. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface directly with clients and stakeholders. - Knowledgeable in oil & gas, mission-critical infrastructure and water treatment systems. - A four-year technical degree in engineering or equivalent experience. ### Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience with Simatic 505 Hardware and AB ControlLogix PLCs. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively across diverse teams. - Possession of a P.E. license is a strong advantage. ### Benefits: - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans. - 401(k) retirement savings plan. - Generous paid time off and opportunities for career advancement and training. - Performance-based bonuses.
