We operate 19 branch locations and 13 showrooms throughout Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina.
Function: The Sr. E-Commerce Analyst will be responsible for helping transform our product data, vendor collaboration, and customer experience. This role is critical to our ongoing data cleanup initiative, vendor portal management, and the implementation of more automated approaches for data collection and maintenance. The Sr. Analyst will also play a central role in analyzing our new website's performance, presenting actionable insights to leadership on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis, and developing data-driven initiatives to drive sales growth and digital adoption.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Audit, cleanse, and enrich product content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across the digital catalog.
- Partner with vendors through portal management to collect, validate, and automate product data, images, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with PDI's taxonomy, governance standards, and enrichment workflows.
- Proactively identify gaps in content quality and implement scalable solutions to improve digital merchandising.
- Monitor website analytics and performance KPIs to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve conversion, customer adoption, average order value, and sales growth.
- Provide actionable recommendations on customer behavior, search optimization, and digital marketing effectiveness.
- Partner with Category Management, Marketing, IT, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data quality and alignment on digital initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert in product data, e-commerce processes, and digital merchandising best practices.
- Support scalable process improvements, automation strategies, and documentation of workflows.
- Mentor junior analysts or team members on data best practices, tools, and reporting methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, product data management, digital merchandising, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one BI/analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Analytics).
- Hands-on experience with Salsify, Shopify, vendor portals, or other PIM/e-commerce platforms.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets, identify data gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present insights and influence leadership decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
