Salary Range: $98,000 - $110,000Clearance: Interim or Active personnel security clearance at the SECRET levelLocation: Onsite in Leavenworth, KSResponsibilitiesReview, revise, and develop course curricula for MDTF formations to reflect current doctrine, equipment, and Individual Training Standards, ensuring compliance with TRADOC policy and Army TDC database requirements.Ensure all training products are compliant with TRADOC policy and TDC requirements.Develop and deliver TRADOC policy compliant products, including:Learning Objectives (LO) / Learning Demands (LD) – up to 40 per quarter.Course Management Plans (CMP) – up to 15 annually.Total Task Inventories, Individual Critical Task Lists (ICTL), and Task Analysis Reports – conducted quarterly.Lesson Plans (per TRADOC Pam 350-70-14) – up to 5 annually for curriculum updates.Program of Instruction (POI) – up to 5 annually, with revisions.Training Support Packages (TSP) – up to 5 annually.Deliberate Risk Assessment Worksheets for each product.Assessments (Formative and Summative) related to POIs and TSPs.MDTF Mission Essential Task List (METL) – quarterly assessments.Additional ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily with team counterparts and government stakeholders.Provide backup, review, and input on deliverables as needed.Participate in Army MDTF project teams and working groups, providing expertise to develop high-quality DOTmLPF-P products.Education RequirementsUndergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.Desired: MSS from Army War College, MA from SAMS or NDU.Experience RequirementsBackground in Multi-Domain Operations.Experience in Army or Joint targeting, Information Collection and Employment, Fires, and Effects operations.At least 5 years of military experience with doctrinal, training, and educational development.At least 3 years of staff experience preparing briefings for senior personnel.Desired ExperienceFormer Combat Training Center experience, preferably as senior FSO trainer.10+ years of related military experience.Experience in air operations centers or as DFSCOORD at division level/operating an FECC.Additional Activities and AchievementsFormer Training Support Brigade or Battalion Commander.Retired Officer (e.g., LTC).Note: No specific awards are required, but commendations and meritorious service awards will be considered.#J-18808-Ljbffr
