In this opportunity as Senior Director of Transformation & Innovation your key responsibilities will be: Operational Cadence: Develop, implement, and monitor goals and Objectives and Key Results (OK - Rs) to ensure strategic alignment and accountability within the marketing function. Drive the marketing operational cadence in partnership with the CMO, including organizing leadership meetings, QB - Rs, town halls, and other key events. Analytical Insights: Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that support strategic decision-making and marketing optimization. Organizational Effectiveness: Collaborate with leadership to assess and refine organizational processes, enhancing efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives. Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new initiatives, processes, and cultural shifts within the marketing team.
