You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer for HPS and you'll work out of our Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage of HPS in Upstream, Midstream and Downstream Energy markets. You will play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization\'s success and long-term growth.
