Build and Scale Quality Systems: Architect and implement robust quality management systems (QMS) that support the business through its full growth trajectory, with a focus on manufacturability, repeatability, and efficiency. Compliance and Regulatory Governance: Ensure compliance with key industry and regulatory standards, including ISO 9001, AS 9100, IATF 16949, DOE, and NQA-1. Serve as a key liaison for regulatory audits and customer quality requirements. Shop Floor Partnership: Collaborate closely with operations leaders to understand real-world production challenges and implement practical, sustainable quality improvements. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement on the floor. Cost of Quality Ownership: Develop and track collective quality metrics, including yield, rework, scrap, and total cost of quality. Use data to drive strategic decisions and root cause investigations.
