EOR PD is a part of Value Added Services Product Development. It is responsible for product development for Global Risk organization. These products help to maintain Visas Risk posture and enable secure growth for Visa. We are seeking a seasoned leader who will partner closely with the engineering leader for EOR PD, to help run the organization efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:Build and continuously improve the operating system to effectively manage and scale operations for a 260 engineering organization. Drive innovation in processes, data-driven performance management and drive 10 X productivity improvements through the adoption of Gen AI.
