Sr Director, Privacy & AI Legal - PayPal Holdings : Job Details

Essential Responsibilities: Counsel product and business teams on GLBA, GDPR, US state, and global privacy laws, and developing AI regulations. Develop and articulate global privacy strategy for PayPals mission to revolutionize commerce. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Provide key inputs as an industry leader and expert, staying ahead of legal trends and influencing industry standards. Influence long-term success strategy of the function, driving innovation and continuous improvement in legal practices. Coach and mentor team of subject matter experts. Minimum qualifications. Minimum of 18 years of relevant work experience and a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree. Extensive experience counseling consumer tech companies on privacy compliance and privacy by design.
