About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and hands-on Sr. Director, People to lead our People function as we continue to grow. This executive role will oversee Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Office Services & Facilities globally, ensuring our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering an exceptional employee experience. The Head of People will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team and play a key role in driving company culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $150,000 - 200,000 per year. Placement within that range will be dependent on experience. This position will also be bonus eligible.
