Sr Director, Optum Health Marketing Integration - Hybrid in Eden Prairie MN - UnitedHealth Group : Job Details

Leads volunteer cross-functional teams to assist in building out the One Optum Health Marketing vision and align all marketing teams across Optum Health in modernizing and unifying marketing strategy, tools, best practices, performance reporting, and culture and collaboration. Develops business requirements and Cost Benefit Analysis for new AI and automation marketing tool and solution development and leads post-deployment ROI analysis and reporting to inform Optum Health Marketing leaders of benefits driven by these tools. Drives adoption of unified marketing practices and systems across Owned and Acquired Entities to enable scalable growth and operational excellence. Creates metrics and benchmarks to measure financial and operational gains from unified marketing. Oversee all aspects of integrating Acquired Entity marketing functions, employees, financials, and systems into the foundational One Optum Health / Marketing Way unified practices and systems.
