Develops and maintains pharmacy services in accordance with State and Federal regulations, accepted standards, professional practices and company policies. Assists administration with the annual budget and submits capital expenditure requests per policy. Plan, flex, and forecast to accommodate business growth with various levels of automation. Including but not limited to: Staffing Inventory management Logistics Reviews and revises Policy & Procedure per quality guidelines. Initiates and implements quality and efficiency improvement for the department. Responsible for the planning, supervision, coordination and successful execution of all activities related to the pharmacy's operations. Works collaboratively with pharmacy departments and other business units to ensure accurate execution of program requirements.
