Location

New York City, USA (Company Headquarters); travel to client sites required 70 – 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Medical Brain's clients include health systems, hospitals, and physician practices. The Sr. Director of Client Operations is a clinical-focused position that owns, maintains, and manages the relationships with the company's clients, which includes:

  • Overseeing our team of Account Executives based around the US
  • Meeting with clients on a regular basis (weekly/monthly), including in-person visits to manage client relationships
  • Organizing and managing project plans for the deployment of the Medical Brain at clients' sites
  • Leading deployment activities such as workflow meetings, orientations, and Go Lives
  • Enhancing clients' use of the Medical Brain by:
    • Reviewing actual clinical cases
    • Tracking and reporting KPIs/metrics
    • Reviewing and refreshing clients' knowledge of existing/new capabilities of the Medical Brain
  • Periodically meeting with clients to review KPIs, new features and enhancements needed, and addressing issues and resolutions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited US university
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (or equivalent training/experience) from an accredited medical school (licensing in the US is not a prerequisite)
  • Proficiency and deep understanding of various clinical or administrative software, such as EHRs, PMs, LIS, or CDS platforms at a hospital, physician practice, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical practice as a nurse at a hospital, physician practice, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of engagement in clinical or administrative software deployment projects
  • 10+ years of experience in project coordination of clinical or administrative software deployment projects, including coordination with technology teams
  • 10+ years of experience in training/orienting physicians, other clinicians, and staff in the use of relevant software
  • Deep understanding of relevant clinical cases and KPIs, their management and tracking
  • Proficiency in preparing and presenting periodic reports based on clinical cases and KPIs
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of client stakeholders such as physicians/nurses, practice/hospital management, and administrative staff
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Knowledge of CMS programs such as Remote Physiologic Monitoring, Chronic Care Management, Transition of Care, etc.

Compensation: Base salary commensurate with experience, benefits, and perks.

Start Date: September 2024
