North America Pricing Strategy: Develop and own the North American pricing strategy across all product categories and shipping options, ensuring alignment with Vistaprints customer and commercial goals and long-term growth objectives. Pricing Architecture: Define and implement a clear pricing architecture, including list price setting, discounting frameworks, promotional strategies, and margin targets to optimize profitability and competitiveness. Pricing Analytics & Optimization: Lead robust pricing analytics and experimentation, leveraging data-driven insights, price elasticities, and A/ B testing to continuously optimize price points, improve margins, and drive revenue growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Category, Marketing, Finance, VCS, and Manufacturing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with product positioning, customer segmentation, inventory levels, and market dynamics.
