Sr. Director, Maintenance - University of Pittsburgh Medical Center : Job Details

The Sr. Director of Engineering and Maintenance is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling Maintenance and Engineering functions. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing comprehensive reporting of capital needs, infrastructure conditions and compliance regulations specific to facilities engineering. Provide hospital(s) emergency management representation and provide leadership in both preparations and responding to emergencies as they may arise. Support construction activity and project management both in collaboration with Construction Management and facilities operational perspective, including ILSM, ICRA and compliance with direct project management responsibilities when logistically appropriate or advantageous in concert with Senior Regional or AVP of Facilities for the region.
